General Information

All volunteers must purchase the Official Uniform package for $65. Items include:
  • Tournament logo golf shirt, jacket and headwear
  • Parking during volunteer service
  • One tournament week grounds pass for your guest
  • Two (2) Complimentary rounds of golf at select ClubCorp courses. Must work a minimum of 3 shifts to qualify for this benefit.
  • Meals on days of volunteer service
  • Volunteer Appreciation Happy Hour
Uniform distribution will be April 2-3 at Las Colinas Country Club. Male volunteers are asked to wear khaki or white pants or shorts. Ladies may wear khaki, white or navy pants, shorts or skorts. Lengths must be appropriate for golf.

The ClubCorp Classic will rely on the help of over 800 volunteers to help put on a successful inaugural event.  Volunteers come from all walks of life and serve on 11 different committees all with different functions. No matter what your background or level of golf knowledge there is a committee for you! Come volunteer to give back to the community, be a part of a world class sporting event and make new friends!

Admissions/Will Call

Check tickets/credentials, provide information and assistance, and distribute spectator guides at all admission gates. Operate Will Call.

Volunteers needed Friday-Monday.

Caddie Services

Assist with caddie registration, distribution of caddie bibs and towels, and provide hospitality.

Volunteers needed Friday-Sunday.

Corporate Hospitality Tents/ClubCorp Hospitality

Greet guests, check credentials and serve as concierge for corporate sponsors. Distribute spectator guides to corporate hospitality locations. Serve as a marshal to keep noise to a minimum during critical times of play.

Leaderboards

Post scores on manual leaderboards located on the 18th green and throughout the golf course, using information received via radio.

Volunteers needed Friday-Sunday.

Long Drive

Measure the professionals’ driving distance using Bushnell range finders and input the information into a hand-held device.

Volunteers needed Friday-Sunday.

Marshals

Reduce distractions to maintain pace of play. Locate and protect errant golf balls. Promote safety and enjoyment of the spectators. Starting times vary according to hole assigned.

Volunteers needed Wednesday-Sunday.

Player Hospitality

Assist PGA Tour CHAMPIONS players and celebrity players with their needs and questions during tournament week. Serve as concierge for player hospitality area.

Volunteers needed Wednesday-Sunday.

Standard Bearers

Walk inside the ropes with a group of pros for 18 holes. Carry group identification sign that displays individual scores for your group. Minimum age is 16 and must be knowledgeable about the game of golf.

Volunteers needed Friday-Sunday.

Television

Assist Golf Channel with tournament production, including spotter scorers, microphone operators and walking repeaters.

Golf Channel requests volunteers to work all three days, Friday-Sunday.

Volunteer Services

Inventory, maintain and distribute volunteer uniforms on specified days. Assist with fulfillment of volunteer orders and sales during tournament week. Assist with volunteer tent and distribution of volunteer meal vouchers. Check in volunteers and answer questions. Supervise preparation of volunteer meal distribution during tournament week.

Walking Scorers

Walk with a group of professionals and keep their score and specific statistics. It is important that the walking scorer have an understanding of the game of golf. Will use a handheld device to enter the scores and statistical information for each hole. Mandatory training provided prior to tournament.
